Steve, Ryan and April Kalaidjian

Please forgive any errors as this is the only time I’ve ever done anything like this but due the circumstances I felt I had to get involved.  On my street lives  a very fine family that has been hit hard by tragedy. This year the Father, Steve, 55 yrs old, was diagnosed with cancer. Went through months of chemo and radiation but it didn’t work. It spread to his liver and now has been given less than 12 weeks to live. He will leave behind a wonderful wife, April, and a Son Ryan 12 yrs old  who is extremely close to his father.  Steve is the guy on the block who is the first one to throw on a tool belt and spend hours helping a neighbor with  a project, often with Ryan right beside him. The two of them are inseparable. They fish, hike, build mini bikes and go-carts for Ryan . Both Steve and April worked until recently, now just April who works and then takes care of Ryan and Steve. Very hard. I’m hoping that all of us can help by raising enough money to help April and Ryan to stay in their home and pay hospital bills. These are very good people that would never ask for help. I pray this is successful and allows my friends and neighbors to stay in their home while Ryan finishes his school. It will be hard enough for Ryan already without being uprooted!
