EMERGENCY DISASTER

Please help, I've lost everything.

In early March my home was hit with massive mud slides, then the following week, rain came down in certain areas of California destroying what didn't get damaged the first storm, we were not permitted to return to our homes during all of this and when we were allowed to go back into our area, my home was completely covered in mud and debris with most everything destroyed, I have taken whatever small amount of savings that I had to try to do the cleanup myself, only to find out that the city has stated that it's uninhabitable. To make things worse, the money I used to try and save everything, thinking that the insurance company would reimburse me is gone and the insurance company will NOT be paying anything to me/all of us (neighbors) because they only pay one disaster within a 25-year period and this had happened at least 12 years ago, so all claims have been denied. This has left me in a devastating position being on a very set income and having the insurance company denying my claim.

Right now I'm staying with a friend because everything that I have is gone, I don't know where else to turn to and I pray that you can help with a little bit of funds until I can find any type of further assistance. These funds will help me get some clothing, shelter and basic necessities, for me and my dogs.
