Ruth (Harbarger) Carr Funeral

Our beloved Ruth Carr, fka Ruth Harbarger, is in her last hours/days. Unfortunately there is no life insurance policy or indigent support to bury her in the way that she requested before her Alzheimer's took over.  As a family, we are reaching out now, to see if it will be possible to actually bury her.  She already purchased a burial plot at the East Liberty Cemetery, which is where she expected to be buried.    We need to raise at least $4,500 which would only pay for her to be buried.
