On Sunday 13th September we will be running the Great North Run in memory of our strong, amazing friend Zoë who sadly lost her battle with Bowel cancer last year. Running is not something I have ever been able to do so the 13.1 miles required will be quite the challenge, but nothing compared to what our girl endured. Please join me in supporting this cause and keeping Zoë's memory alive, whilst continuing her pledge to raise awareness of this cruel disease, particularly those who struggle for diagnosis due to their age, or the assumption made of their health based on appearance.

We will be donating any funds raised to Macmillan Cancer Support.
