Time and Space is a unique service in Glasgow offering support and information to people who hear voices and people who self-harm and their supporters. In addition to support groups, people can access one-to-one counselling.
In summer 2018 they experienced a severe fire in their office. We are running 10k, together, to raise money to help towards the cost of recovering from this. We will be doing the Great Scottish Run on September 30th!
Steph is a PhD student within the EMPOWER trial who attends the workers' group at Time and Space, a group which supports people who hear voices who are in either work or education and who may struggle to access services during standard office hours.
Andrea is a Research Assistant who works on EMPOWER and thinks the work Time and Space do is fantastic.
