Running for Andy’s man club

I'm raising money in aid of ANDYSMANCLUB Limited and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

I will be taking on a challenge in February where I will run 10 miles per day to raise money for Andy’s man club, totalling 280 miles for the month of February to raise as much money as possible towards the club, and also to raise awareness for mens mental health.

My story is below;

my name is Kieran and I’ve been battling with mental health for quite some time, I tried to fight it off on my own without seeking out support, which caused me to spiral out of control with the fight against depression.

after a recent attempt at taking my own life, I turned to Andy’s man club for the help and support that I desperately needed.

throughout my 2 months at the club so far, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

everybody in the club listens and helps, regardless of their own problems.

The selflessness and the support of others there just to help you is absolutely amazing, your problem is never viewed as smaller than anyone else’s, and we are all treat as equal.

This club has really started to pull me away from the feelings of wanting to take my own life again.

For a club that is here to help every single man who is going through a storm, has been through a storm, or has a storm brewing in their life, I want to take on a challenge in order to raise money towards helping fund the club to expand, and help more and more men out there, to walk through the doors and attend the meetings.

This club is saving my life and it doesn’t get enough credit for the way it’s helped me, and thousands of other men who are battling with their mental health and genuine life issues.

I hope to raise as much as possible for the cause.
