Run for Ukraine: 100 km Charity Run

Tax deductible
I was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 1989 and immigrated to the USA two years later. I have never been back despite wanting to many times. The war in Ukraine has been brutal to stomach for me, my family and my friends that also immigrated from the USSR. I'm happy that my family, including my wife and daughter, are safe; however, also torn because it is incredible what President Zelensky and the entire Ukrainian population are doing fighting against Putin, so I feel guilty for being safe. I just signed up for a 100 km or 62-mile race: https://ultrasignup.com//register.aspx?did=90101 and would like to raise money to donate to one of the many reputable non-profit charities supporting the Ukrainian people: https://www.care.org/ which I found on https://www.nonprofitpro.com/article/what-10-nonprofits-are-doing-to-aid-ukraine-and-its-refugees/ . This is one of the ways I believe I can spread love by doing what I love, running in the woods for a good cause.
