Johnny's Medical Fund

Donation protected

Johnny is the sweetest most courageous little baby boy who was recently diagnosed with a rare condition called Cricopharyngeal Achalasia; in simpler terms, this means that his esphogagus and trachea are too narrow/blocked and he has not been able to swallow his food. He is constantly drowning in his own saliva, spit up, and milk when he is fed. Johnny's diligent doctors insisted on surgery that would stretch his throat and open his trachea. They went ahead with the surgery, and during the same time conducted an MRI to look into some possible causes to his throat developing incorrectly. Results are still pending.

Ashley and Alex (Johnny's parents) have faced several difficult hardships and unexpected events in the last four years, including the diagnosis of Ashley having Lupus, that have caused financial burdens on their family. They are hoping to be able to raise funds to help pay for these procedures, and possible equipment for Johnny's homecare such as a feeding tube and oxygen tank, if  necessary. Our goal is to raise this money by May 1st. This is a short timeline, but little Johnny and his parents are pushing to help Johnny to be able to eat on his own and continue to develop healthy and strong! They need your help and are so grateful for any generosity you can give.

Thank you for your support! Let's get Johnny feeling healthy and happy once again!
