Paul's Medical Fund

I am writing to tell you about a friend of mine & his family. Approximately 16 months ago Paul starting having stomach problems he went to his doctor & was told that he needed to have surgery to correct the problem however that did not help, he continued to have problems this went on until November 2017, when he had to have his stomach removed. Two weeks after Paul left the hospital, he contracted an infection that has now required an amputation of one of his toes. He now has an infection in another toe which might also require an amputation of another toe.  
Paul & his wife have always been there for everyone anytime anyone needed food, clothes, housing or money they were always the first to step up.
Paul has not been able to work since this all began, they have gone through all their savings, 401 K's & Shannon is working but when half of your income is not coming in things start piling up. 
Paul was told that he will probably not be able to return to work until around July 2018.
The picture is before all this started. The dog is his service dog Theo. Paul has diabetes & Theo alerts when his blood sugars go too low. Paul has lost 54 lbs. since his stomach surgery. 
I have hope that all the good Karma that they have put out to others will now come back to them with this posting.

These are good people who have had a very serious medical problem that has left them without anywhere to turn.
