Medical Mission to Honduras

I have an incredible opportunity to go on a medical mission to Honduras, sponsored by the Mayo Clinic. My cost for going is $1,900.00.  Our brigade of 60 health care professionals - including doctors and nurses - will be going for one week to a non-profit orphanage that houses 500 children. We will perform surgical services for this community. Our mission is to provide new technologies, instrumentation, and procedures that their facility will use after we leave. I feel that I am being called to do this to fulfill my spirit; and I am excited to bring my surgical skills to this much needed campaign. 

$1,000 is a mandatory donation to the Holy Family Surgery Center, and $900 is to cover my travel expenses. 

I will be flying into Tegucigalpa, Honduras on April 7, 2018, then boarding a bus with my brigade to Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos - a 2,000 acre gated ranch which houses the children and the surgery center.
