Dear friends and family,

Betty Sedgwick, my Mom, mama in southern, passed away yesterday, Sept. 29, 2015.  

Taking care of her has been a full time commitment and left me unemployed for over 2 years.  I had thought to cremate her to lessen the financial burden but I have come to realize I cannot stomach the thought of burning Mom.

I met with the funeral home director today to discuss final arrangements.  The cost of the funeral and burial will be $9,103.25.  If you have the wherewithal to contribute to the cost of Mom's funeral I will be very grateful.
