Rosalinda Fights Cancer with Hope

Rosie's story:
I just want to thank the lord for blessing me with each day that I get to wake up in the morning. Last week I got my results from my pet scan and even though my faith was strong and I declared victory; the news was bad. I found out that not only did the chemo not work but my cancer progressed. It has now moved to my liver. I used to have three lymph nodes and now I’m at 9. The three that I already had never shrunk enough to clear me of cancer. Within 6 weeks I grew 6 more. My only option now is stronger chemo because Cisplatin didn’t work. I maxed out on radiation so that’s no longer an option. The side effects are horrible, I can no longer walk for long periods of time. Pretty soon I’ll have to use a wheel chair. Sometimes my feet go completely numb but it’s a constant pain. Although I look very strong on the outside, my body is getting weaker by the day. Although all this is happening my faith is still in the same place that it was on day 1. I pray that god will continue to give me strength because this new chemo they’re going to give me is nothing like the low dose I had before. My hair is certain to fall off and the effects will be way worse. I had a beautiful birthday and wouldn’t have wanted it to go any other way than it did. Sometimes I get sad and want to give up but all the love and support I receive keeps me going. I just want to thank you all for the prayers you send my way. It never goes unnoticed and I’m very grateful for it all. I believe that god will heal me soon ! I’m blessed to not be fighting this battle alone
We are reaching out to ALL of Rosalindas Family , Friends & Supporters to help us win this battle. Rosa has been fighting cancer over this last year while raising her 9 yr old son. She needs our help. We see all of the wonderful supporters on her page that genuinely care, so now we turn to you to help her thru this nightmare. Rosa has so much to live for, now lets lighten up her burden. She is looking into getting a more proactive medical treatment from City of Hope & will need help doing so. Between travel expenses & medicinal needs her budget is depleted. Let's ALL pull together to help her survive this nightmare. Donate today & remember every little bit counts. She will survive & She will conquer this disease & together we can help make it happen! Gods Will..Amen
