Starting Rooster Crow in late 2019 has been a whirlwind of excitement. Many people will remember the bake sale boxes, pastries and kolaches delivered door to door during the first years of the pandemic.
With over fifteen years of baking and pastry experience, Pastry Chef/Owner Jenn Riesman has made a lasting impression on the city of San Antonio. Her work is easily recognized and highly respected in the Culinary and Hospitality Community of San Antonio.
Rooster Crow Bake House is not your average bakery. With sights set for the South Town Neighborhood, plans have been set in motion to build a Bakery Experience that show cases the sweet, savory and unique work of Jenn Riesman.
Along with thoughtful caffeinated drinks and funky punches and spritzers, Rooster Crow Bake House will be home to custom art from local artisans and bridge the gap between eating with your eyes and tasting with your heart.
Nothing comes cheap these days. Loans, equipment and build outs are incredibly expensive. Building the foundation for a successful business that pays living wages to employees is no easy task. The only way to continue serving and growing in San Antonio is to ask for help.
