We are excited to announce that Room2Bloom Community Development Center has been selected to “BUILD A PLAYGROUND” through the generous donation and support of The Major-League Baseball Players Trust in partnership with KaBOOM!
This playground will serve the Opa-Locka Community and hundreds of children throughout the Miami-Dade County area! Room2Bloom Community Development is a Florida nonprofit 501(c)3 organization & Enrichment Center located in the heart of Opa-Locka, Florida serving children from birth to 17 years old. Most importantly, it is our Mission to “Empower Families and Transform Communities.” Please HELP us and be a part of OUR story.

We were given this awesome opportunity and it’s up to our community to match their donation. As a nonprofit community, we strive to offer quality programing and enrichment activities that will foster healthy development. However, funding is always a challenge but never an excuse. In the next 30 days, we must raise $8500 to support the playground build.
In addition to raising $8500, we are responsible for recruiting 200 volunteers to help BUILD the playground on July 8th! Sign-up and volunteer for a few hours, our children and families will be extremely grateful!

Play is such an important part of a child's development and we want to be able to provide a safe area where children can play with one another in their own community.
