As some of our friends & extended family may or may not know, Ron was diagnosed with stage 2 Lymphoma in January of this year. As people and friends are reaching out and asking how they can help, we have set up this Gofundme page to help keep everyone updated on his progress and to hopefully help ease the heavy financial load that they are currently under.
As you can imagine, Denisa & Ron were in a state of “shock and disbelief” after receiving this news. It has truly taken some time for them to be able to try and process the reality of his condition while battling daily against the devastating effects on his physical and emotional body. Ron just received his 5 out of 6 Chemo treatment yesterday and once again, he is really struggling. He’s currently pretty weak with other complicating symptoms as well.
Ron is self-employed and the main provider of the income in his home. Therefore, when he’s off there’s no paycheck, sick leave pay, vacation time, etc. Medical bills are only covered at a minimal with a discounted sharing plan. Of course, Denisa has been right by his side to care for him day and night which has also been an emotional and physical roller coaster for her as well. Obviously, She’s had to cancel many times with seeing clients as Ron couldn’t be left alone.
I know my sister and brother in love are deeply loved by many. All of us have been encouraged, ministered to and loved on by Denisa and Ron at one time or another. We humbly ask you to help us remove some of the heavy burdens of their financial stress so they can focus more on Rons Health and full Recovery. We know we serve a Healing & Faithful God!!!
