Ron's new smile after cancer

My partner, my love and my best friend. His name is Ron and has survived liver cancer. It would be great to see a big old toothy grin !
About 10 months ago he was told that he was cancer free and to come back in 6 months. We hope that the next visit will bring more good news.
What's the beginning of Ron's journey .....
He moved back from Calgary about 7 years ago to open up a mechanics shop here in Ontario and did very well. As time went on he began to feel very tired and unwell so he went to the doctor only to hear the worst, liver cancer !!!
As time went on his worst fear came true. Stage 4 liver cancer !!! His doctor told him that because he was at the stage he was at he qualified for a trial drug. He thought, why not, the best he could do is survive. Well, he did, but the consiquences were unbelievable !
In the beginning he could still work but as the treatments went on he had to give up his shop and his income. He went through the money he had saved. To make it worse the medication he was on destroyed his teeth. Many have fallen out, the others are loose and darkening. They cause him a lot of pain and he has is suffering from re-occurring infections in his jaw. He is very embarrassed about them. He now does side jobs and makes just enough to get by in life but has no benefits and can not afford dental work. He still gets very tired and can't work long enough to make enough to fix them.
As many of you know, the financial and emotional struggles are real for loved ones that have been touched by cancer.
He is kind and thoughtful and would give you the shirt off of his back. This is the only way I know how to help him. Even if he only is blessed with enough to begin the procedure then at least it's a start. This next step will take many months and dental surgery is costly. There is no help from the cancer society even though they know that this is a side effect of treatment.
Any kindness that can be sent his way would bring a new smile to that kind face that I've grown very attached to.
