Funeral Expenses for our Daddy/Update

To cover the cost of funeral for Rogerio Marques De Souza, who is the father of my niece and nephew's, Lalena and Kyle and Joshua  Batchelor.
Rogerio was living in Canada for 25 yrs, but did not have a status, and became ill with cancer, and passed away Saturday morning, January 18th 2014, and because he was not legal in Canada, their is no funding available to cover the cost of his funeral.
My sister who has custody of the children, is on ODSP, and does not have the finances to pay for his funeral. The children have been through so much, in the last 3 yrs, losing their only Aunt, 2010, 10 months later their grandfather, and then a family friend, they knew as Uncle, and in August 2013, their grandmother ( Guardian/Caregiver) was on life support, ( Thank God, survived) and now their father has passed away. I have been told, that their is NO funding. Please help, it is already devastating enough for these children, and now they are worried about how to pay for their Daddy's Funeral
