Roger's living expenses

I am retired. I decided in April 2017 to work part time to supplement my SS and other retirement income. I didn't need alot of income. 500 a week would be sufficient. On April 1st I set out to do my normal 3 mile walk. After 10 minutes my left leg starting going numb and I had severe pain in my lower left back. I went to Spine of Colorado and have been getting treatment. So in April and May I had tests, PT, and a spinal injection. Everything seemed to be working until June 2 when the numbness and pain started again. Here is the bottom line. I am 2 months behind in rent and other unpaid expenses have piled up. I am asking for 12K for 4 months. This includes 4 months rent, living expenses, a car repair, repay bank for OD fees. I am hoping to be working before 4 months, but I need to be sure I have adequate funds for 4 months.  Anything you are able to give would be greatly appreciated.
