Marc has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive type of cancer. The only promising treatment that is available to him is in Germany. It is expected for the family to travel to Germany several time a year to receive treatment.
As you can imagine the cost of treatment and travel expenses can get quite expensive. As well as finding themselves with little income to pay their mortgage, daily living expenses, etc... Their whole life has been turned upside down in a blink of an eye.
