Roderick's fight against cancer

Strong, dedicated, loyal, partner, solider, justice seeker are just a few words that describe Roderick Page.

Roderick went in for a minor surgery on Friday the 25th of August. To everyone's surprise Roderick was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer.

The Oncology Team is optimistic that Roderick will beat this since he is good health and has NEVER been a smoker. Unfortunately, this will be a long and costly road. He is scheduled to start Immunotherapy and Chemotherapy in early September. Roderick will need several sessions and continuous monitoring which means MRI’s, chest x-rays and pet scans. Although the insurance covers a large amount of the cost the Page's are still faced with astronomical medical bills.

Roderick has been a protector his entire life. Roderick is a proud Army Veteran who served during Desert Storm and has continued his acts of service by protecting the citizens of Southlake as a police officer for over 20 years.
