RODAPALOOZA

Help us send Coach Rod to Wodapalooza. 
Last month Coach Rod participated in the Wodapalooza online qualifier and earned his spot to goto Miami for the event. 

What is Wodapalooza?

The world's premier fitness festival, Wodapalooza brings together an incredible community and elite athletes to compete, have fun, and enjoy the Miami scenery. With over 25,000 spectators & nearly 1,500 athletes, representing over 30 countries Wodapalooza is THE place to be January 12-15th. If they're the best in the sport, they're here. The combination of cultures, along with the spirit of celebrating life and fitness is what WZA is all about!

We will be hosting 12 days of Xmas this Saturday in efforts to raise money to send Coach Rod to Wodapalooza.

We will have a 9am WOD 12 days of Xmas
                                 10am Burn Version of 12 days of Xmas
                                 11am WOD 12 days of Xmas

Please donate whether you can make it to 12 days of Xmas or not. Coach Rod puts in more work training than anyone I know. Lets come together and help make this a trip to be remembered.
