Rocky's Fund

This is Rocky. He's a fighter. He was found severely malnourished and mistreated in my front yard. And since that time, he's been fighting for his life.

The doctors did not expect him to make it when I first brought him in. His fragile body is being pumped with IV fluids and his blood count is a mere 12. Yet Rocky is showing some response to the treatment and has even started drinking and eating own his own. Tests for Parvo and Heartworm were both negative. Progress is extremely slow but the doctor is not ready to give up on him yet. And neither am I.

Rocky appears to be about a year old and possibly a German Shepherd mix. Just as I am appalled by the cruelty this dog has experienced, I am overwhelmed by the love and support being shown for Rocky. His immediate needs are funds for his survival but long-term, a care provider will be imminent. Please contact me directly if you or anyone you know can help.
