My name is Abraham Jacob and I have known Robin Molloy for over a decade. I recently learned about her greatness in giving so much of herself to not only her community but more importantly, her family that includes her best friend and her husband Greg, her daughters by marriage, Ashley, Audra, and her son Boon. She was the glue that kept this family unit together and loving each other. She is an incredibly happy person and everyone that knows her would agree. She has a way of making anyone around her smile and share in her happiness. There were a lot of details that I knew that made her who she was so, I begged her to write about herself so everyone knows who Robin Molloy truly is. "I grew up in Ft.Worth from the age of 2 to12.  When 1st arriving into Ft.Worth we didn't have anywhere to go so we spent several nights in a homeless shelter. My mother reached out to Catholic Charities downtown and they helped her find a job and provided us with a home, utilities, and groceries to get us started till paychecks started coming in.  During the next 10 yrs, we received help from the Salvation Army during Christmas time. As I became older I knew I wanted to give back to help others the same way we were blessed and given a chance. My mother passed away from Cancer in 1995 so then is when I started donating to my 1st organization. I also donate to St.Judes & Shriners. I then chose to become a Police Officer to help my community but most importantly to connect to the youth. I was not the best student at school or around my neighborhood for the fact that I was hurting and embarrassed by our lifestyle so I would put my pain amongst those around me. When I become an officer in my hometown school, I would pull aside our troubled students and share my story from where I came from and why I chose to become an officer.  I have built many relationships and helped so many of our students understand that we all have a choice to continue to live in poverty and/or be hateful to others or make a choice to help those in the same situation. During my 8 yrs as a police officer for our school system, I was able to learn who our poorest students were and in most need during the holidays. I set up an account at our local bank under Christmas for our Kiddos. Anyone interested in donating money to the account or any unwrapped toys to me were welcomed. Whatever I was able to collect would determine how many kids I could buy for that year. I would then get everything bought and wrapped up ready for Christmas morning.  Bright and early Christmas morning I would load up my red pickup truck and make deliveries dressed in my elf suit. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the smiles on their faces. This is something that I hope I can impact their lives just as the church and salvation army impacted mine. I had left the school system in June 2018 to travel and change lives with a company to promote good health but chose to go back to the school system to be back with our youth. Unfortunately, June 2019 I was diagnosed with stage 4 liver, pelvic,  and spleen cancer along with cancer in my perineal lining leaving me not knowing when I will get to return to work. I am surrounded by very supportive family and friends. I've been married to my wonderful husband of 17 years and have three amazing bonus kids. Two daughters and a son. I was also recently blessed with a beautiful and handsome grandson born June 17th, 2019 I couldn't be anymore blessed than what I am and I know with God and all my support, this Cancer will be fought and I will conquer!" As I learned about Robin's condition, I made it my mission to help her in any way possible. She served so many people even when she didn't have much. Her family and story touched my heart and I wanted to share it with the world and anyone who wanted to know her personally. I am a physician and want to help anyone and everyone in need. I learned about her cancer diagnosis in June after her 1st Grandson was born. She wanted to keep the diagnosis from her children so that her second daughter who was pregnant at the time would not be stressed over her illness. She never placed a burden on her children, spouse, or others. When I recently had the honor of spending a few hours of quality time with her discussing everything from her past to present, something struck me so deeply in a very emotional way. She has been stronger than any one of her family members or friends including me. However, she broke down only once when she became concerned about the medical bills that are coming and how it will put a burden on her husband to pay it all off. She said that she hates accepting help because that is not who she is. She has always given and is always willing to help others especially the youth. Her hospital bills are a great deal of stress on her as she is so concerned about how they could ever pay for it all and return to a normal and sustainable life.  Robin has been someone that has always given herself to improve others lives and finds it difficult to accept help when people are willing to help her. She is working on it and so I thought this would be a great way to help her. This way she could concentrate on getting well and not worry so much about how she and her husband would pay the medical bills. I am asking anyone that is able to help Robin beat this cancer to help in any monetary way that is comfortable. All the money will go towards her medical bills and any after hospital arrangements that are still unknown. Thank you for reading this far and getting to know the true and selfless Robin Molloy.  We are all praying for her speedy recovery so she can get back to work as one of the pillars of the community by serving in the Police department by helping others especially the troubled youths. God Bless you and continue to give you the strength to fight the good fight and to never give up.  Abraham Jacob, MD

November 18, 2019

I just wanted to update everyone and the world that Robin Nicolle Molloy ascended Heaven to be with God on 11/17/19 at 10:05. She was at peace with her precious family at her side singing songs. She fought the good fight and now she is rejoicing with God. We can all strive to be as strong as Robin and to be His servant. She was a wonderful and giving human being/friend/relative/sister/mother/wife. She helped so many kids that came from similarly humble beginnings as she did. I am proud to have known Robin and will forever be thankful for allowing me to be her friend and making me feel like family.

I also wanted to take this time to thank everyone that read her story and hope that it impacted your life in the most positive way as it has mine. Please accept this sincere thank you for everyone that has contributed to her cause and I can tell you how much that has helped Robin mentally and emotionally. She has never been the type to accept help but understood that this helps decreases the burden on Greg and the family. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your contributions and kind words. God has a purpose for each and every one of us. Seek your purpose and make your destiny. Robin has served her purpose and fulfilled her destiny and has left a positive mark in each and every one of us she touched.

I will leave this site up for a few more weeks so that everyone can continue to read her story and be blessed.
