Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this proposal.
I am raising this money to go back to school to earn credits towards a Master's Degree in Breathing Science from the Graduate School of Behavioral Health Science in Colorado.
This initial program is an online course for 125 credit hours towards that degree. I will receive certification as a Breathing Behavior Analyst.
This certification will give me the additional information and knowledge that I feel I need to work more effectively with my current client population. It will also give me the tools to work with clients with more serious breathing challenges.
The program is taught by Dr. Peter Litchfield who has served as a consultant, educator, researcher, lecturer, and entrepreneur in the fields of healthcare and human performance for more than 30 years, This is a rare opportunity for me to work with him after almost 30 years of teaching breathing and movement.
The tuition for the program is $3000. There is an additional $4300 need to purchase a Capnometer. This device includes equipment to monitors people's breathing in real time on a computer with software included. The additional money is a needed for the computer.
The program begins on Sept 30th, 2017 and ends right before Christmas. I would need to enroll by the beginning of Sept and pay my tuition and equipment fee by the same date.
