Robbery and House Fire- Kathryn and Dylan Eure

My brother was home alone asleep around 1:30 AM on July 25th when two men broke into his and my mother’s home. My brother was beaten over the head with a pistol, gagged, tied, and held a gun point. While my bother laid bound with his phone charger helplessly in his bed in his own home the robbers took many of their possessions and then proceeded to set their home on fire. By the grace of God, my brother was able to slide his hands free of the bonds and escape out the back door with the family dog. He was then able to hobble over to the neighbors house and call 911. By the time the fire department was able to put out the fire they had already lost everything including my brother’s vehicle. There is nothing left standing but the foundation of the home.  We are extremely blessed and greatful that Dylan is safe and not severely hurt. However, the damage that these men have done to my brother mentally will take a long time to heal. Dylan is starting his junior year at Campbell University in two weeks and has nothing. My mother is about to start her 22nd year as a 6th grade English teacher at Central Middle School and has nothing. If you have extra or could spare some money my family could really use it right now. All they have is the clothes on their backs. So any little bit would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all the thought and prayers!
