Help Pastor Rob Battle Brain Cancer
On Sunday, December 17th, Rob Paris, head pastor at Church of the Advent, and dear friend of so many, underwent emergency surgery to remove a tumor from his brain. He has since been diagnosed with glioblastoma. He’s come through surgery and the initial recovery very well, but has a long road of chemo and radiation ahead of him with a type of cancer that is very aggressive. The Paris family is hoping to raise $25,000 to help with immediate and long-term expenses. This money will not only help offset their medical costs, but also provide for them as they meet the challenges that come with a whole new way of living day to day.
