My departure from this earth

My name is Don and the probability is that I will die in the next 4 to 8 weeks. I am in the end stages of COPD, a serious lung problem. I have less than 20% volume in my lungs and almost died just before Christmas.
My wife of 46 years has a slow acting lukemia, diabetes,high blood pressure, and sleep apnea. 
We are both on cpp and have very little money. In fact we must decide whether to pay bills or eat properly the last week of our pay period.
We traded our sailboat straight across plus a few dollars for a motorhome last spring so we could have one last trip across Canada before I passed but alas the motorhome was a pile of crap and we could not use it for any great distance.
It's too late for me now but I would like for my wife to travel somewhere with the proceeds. The funds would also ease the financial stress of my burial.
