Rita B Home Repair so she can stay!

As many of you know we just celebrated Rita B’s 90th Birthday. But what you don’t know is that Rita lives in a trailer that has become very close to unlivable. Last winter with the extreme Snow and cold her pipes froze and then burst leaving her with no water for 4 days. She is a proud woman and didn’t reach out for help. The plumber over charged her and barley fixed the problem. Myself , JR and uncle Jim went to her house yesterday to see exactly what she needed to be able to stay in her home. Upon inspection we discovered. That part of her living room she is living in has black mold because the water has come trough the windows down to the floor and deteriorated the ceiling, walls and floor and also that her trailer has absolutely no insulation on the bottom her trailer , and will not survive another winter. She is so upset with even the thought of leaving as well as not having the income to fix the problem or even pay rent in another place. So Myself along with JR and my 2 uncles Jim and Joe will be repairing her home for safe living. This will allow us to have absolutely no labor cost. 
We will rip out the entire living room floor the entire wall and windows that have been affected and replace it with all new construction we will also be insulating her entire Trailer skirt and pipes with the proper insulation to prevent and water issues in the future. After all of this work is done she should be able to live a stress free life in a healthier and safer environment after all she is 90 and definitely deserves a piece of mind 
construction will begin at the beginning of October and will be completed before the harsh weather shows it’s face. I will be fronting all of the cost for this project regardless of what is raised. If we raise more than needed the remaining will go into an account for further needs for her home or herself. Please give any amount it will add up if everyone gets involved and helps.
