RIP KENNY MENDEZ

Just a few weeks shy of his 23rd birthday, my beloved son’s life was taken unexpectedly. This is every mother and families worst nightmare-we are all so lost.

Kenneth was a sweet and loving man who’s sole purpose in life was to help others, especially his family. To know him was to love him. He was such a pure soul that always saw the best in others, never got involved with any trouble and was supportive and selfless in every way. On February 11th at 11:30 pm as he arrived home, him and his dear friend were fatally shot. He was taken away from us way too soon and we have no answers as to why this would happen to our beautiful Kenny. We already miss his dimpled smile, amazing sense of humor and constant helping hand. We never got a chance to say a proper goodbye and have a million questions why, but for now we would love to lay him to rest with a proper burial in hopes of having some sort of closure. Any and all donations and prayers are appreciated beyond measure.
