RainCoast Riley's Surgery Fund



Riley is an adoptable dog through RainCoast Dog Rescue. He is a sweet Lab X who is about 3 years old. He is full of beans and loves to play. However, when we got him we realized he had a very lame hind leg. We got him to the vet and unfortunately found out he needs to have surgery. He needs a femoral head & neck osteotomy. Our vet is first consulting with a specialist and will get back to us in a few days with an exact estimate, but minimally will cost $2500 on top of the $470 spent on X-rays and medications today.

Sadly, she thinks this is a result of a traumatic injury like a horse kicking him or something along those lines :(

We would like to start fundraising now so we can get this done as soon as possible.
