Rico's Cancer Support

My step-dad, Rico, was diagnosed with prostate and bone cancer.  He flew to the Philippines from Guam to get what he and my mother knew would be better care for him.  Unfortunately he is still there  but now is in Hospice care living out his final days as the cancer has reached a point of being untreatable.  

Before Covid-19 my mom was able to get time off from her job on Guam to go and see him.  Since the travel restrictions were implemented she has not been able to visit.  She works in the tourism industry and has not been able to work since the pandemic started therefore losing all of her income along with Rico's.   

She is in dire need of your help.  Without any income, the bills have started to pile up.  She had a little money saved up but that is almost gone as she is still having to pay all of her monthly necessary expenses along with medical bills.  Also insurance is no longer covering any of the medical bills so my mother is having to pay for all of this on her own.

I fear my mother is too proud to ask for help until it is too late, so I am starting this gofundme for her.  Every donation will be used for her necessary living expenses, medical bills, and to help get her to the Philippines one last time to say goodbye.
