Ricky's recovery fund

My amazing, hard working husband was told this past  September  that they found a spot on his lung that looks suspicious .  He repeated the scans  in November  and again in March and again in May .  The original growth that they found  he was then told that he needed to have a lung resection surgery, the doc and scans suspected cancer and the end of May he was told it was time to go in for surgery. On June 7th he underwent his first lung resection surgery, where they removed one third of his lung. Not even 2  weeks later he was hospitalized again for an infection of unknown origin. During this time it was discovered that what Ricky has is not cancer however a rare form of rheumatoid granulomas that are taking over his lungs
On August 2nd he had another surgical procedure to remove air and fluids from his lungs, since then he has been to the emergency room numerous times for difficulty breathing. He was supposed to go back to work on August 6th and now is being told that it could take another six to eight weeks before he is remotely ready to go back to work. Ricky has a long road ahead of him   he was just seen again and was told that he has pneumonia and fluid built up, which will hopefully resolve on it's own with antibiotics and rest. He is diligent in and for his recovery and his biggest concern aside from his family is how to keep from losing everything. He will be having multiple doctors appointments in the next 4 weeks to determine the cause of these granulomas that are taking over his lungs. His short-term disability was exhausted as of last Friday and we're running out of options on how to keep from losing everything that we have both worked so hard to form a foundation for ourselves and our family. We have our Faith in God that He will help us make some sense what's happening to Ricky and give him the strength that he needs to overcome this and  to be able to work again sooner than later. We are thankful and blessed for our children, grandchildren and family and friends who pray for healing.
