Rick's Nullarbor Ride - Youth Insearch Foundation

Rick Warren, Founder of We Make a Difference is completing a 24-day bike ride across the Nullarbor from Perth to Adelaide fundraise for four different charities.
The We Make a Difference Nullarbor ride will run as a 24-day bike ride averaging 140km per day. Not only is the trip demanding but has been the months of training preparation prior to the trip.
One of the charities that the proceeds will be donated to is Youth Insearch, a not-for-profit organisation that runs one of the most successful youth intervention programs in the country.
The organisation works with at-risk youth aged 14 to 20 supporting them to turn their disadvantages into their advantages, and help them to reach their full potential. The program has a peer focus, on young people helping young people.
Since 1985, the program has helped almost 32,000 young people rebuild their lives, and assists around 1,000 young people per year across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
Donations from the ride will go towards helping at risk young people and educating the community on how they can help.
