Rick Glaser's Medical Fund

My brother, Rick Glaser, was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma last October.  His doctor advised that if all went according to the treatment plan, he would be through with treatments by mid-summer. In general, Rick has been responding well to the chemotherapy, his outlook has remained very positive, and his outlook on life has shifted in the way it does when a severe illness threatens your life. Unfortunately, Rick had a setback of about three months when he contracted an infection in his spine. Chemotherapy treatments were put on hold in order to deal with the painful infection that deprived Rick of the ability to walk for several months. This summer Rick will have a Bone Marrow Transplant that will require 30 days of hospitalization. Despite having health insurance, the combination of staggering deductibles an co-pays  and his inability to travel for business has adding duress to Rick's situation.
