Richelle & Dylan's IVF Fund

Richelle and Dylan were married four years ago in August of 2013. Soon after they decided they wanted to start a family. They tried for three years with no success and began having doubts if it was meant to be. At this point they decided to see a Doctor to clarify what the problem was. After numerous tests it was discovered that it was going to be impossible for them to become pregnant without intervention. The option they are left with is In Vitro Fertilization. They have had a consultation with an IVF clinic in Portland and it was determined Richelle will need to have surgery prior to the IVF process in order for a successful implant. Richelle has her first procedure scheduled for the middle of next month, in Bend; following this procedure Richelle and Dylan will be able to continue with the IVF process.
IVF is not covered by insurance and at this point we are not sure if her first surgery is covered either. The IVF Cycle has an out of pocket cost that is estimated between $20,000 and $28,000, and Richelle’s additional surgery is not included in the estimate.  The preceding surgery will cost at least that much but has not been determined yet. 
We are hoping to get the funding for the IVF Cycle as soon as possible. Once we get more information on the first procedure we can determine what will be needed.
