Greetings my name is Rich Bontrager.

Celebrating a surprise LIVER TRANSPLANT that happened, Saturday, March 25th at 8:15 a..m

This is my story as I now begin a long, long path to full recovery and health.   The need is a greater than ever, so that I proper care, heal and protect this new liver and new life ahead.

I am Rich Bontrager (age 51), Pastor and Professional sport broadcaster that has been diagnosed with Chrioss of the Liver. After slowly getting worse these last 2 1/2 years, I am now on a Liver Transplant List with the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL.   Currently, I am awaiting a phone call that may come at any time to act fast, get to the hospital,  and receive a new liver. I am in need financial help in paying for my medical bills as well as the medicines which I take now and will take to fight off rejection and infection after the transplant. Currently I am unable to work due to the complications caused by the dying liver. Any amount will be of great help.
