Mr. Richard Forbia's funeral rights

Donation protected
Richard was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer on September 15th, 2017 at the John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore and he sadly passed away 3 weeks later, on October 8th, 2017.

He is survived by his wife and 3 children. His wife immigrated to the US three months ago prior to his ill health, as they planned getting their 3 children from Cameroon over to the United States in subsequent months as well. Richard will also be missed by his mother, siblings, extended family, Nsei Community, co-workers and friends.

Richard was born on May 8th, 1964 in Cameroon, worked as a senior police officer, immigrated to the United States in 2009 to pursue the “American Dream” and became employed in the Health Care sector.

He will be remembered as a good husband/father, friend, kind-hearted and a very generous man, whose friendship cut across every barrier, age, race, sex and social status. His friends would always say “If Richard wouldn’t do it for you, then no one else would.” Additionally, his home was named “The Junction,” because his doors were always opened to anyone who needed hospitality or shelter.

Your thoughts, prayers and support have been very uplifting and will continue to greatly revive the pain caused by this irreplaceable loss as we believe Richard is at a better place now.
