Amelia Dixie Youth Majors head to the World Series

Amelia Dixie Youth Majors of Amelia, Virginia, District 4, Virginia State Runner-up, are headed to the 2022 Division II World Series in Anderson, South Carolina at the end of July to compete against 8 other teams from all over the East Coast. After clinching the District 4 Championship Title, this group of 11 boys headed to Dinwiddie for the State Tournament. They fought hard and played some of the best baseball we’ve seen on an 11/12 year old level. This year, Dixie Youth allowed the runner-up from each state to join for a chance to win the title of World Series Champs! Please donate whatever you can to help us with travel and lodging expenses to make this trip, and for the boys to have this once in a lifetime experience.
