Rhonda Sullivan, 49, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Rhonda was a wonderful and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Above all she was a devoted mother to Phoenix. Of her many talents she enjoyed cooking, canning, and spent many hours growing flowers and gardening. Rhonda was an avid blues seeker, loved horses, and decorating for any occasion.
It was Rhonda's wish to set up an account for the care and educational needs of Phoenix in lieu of flowers.
