Prayers for Becky

Hi there,
This is Marcie, Becky's friend writing to you. My dear sweet friend has had her world turned upside down in just the matter of the past few weeks. She is a vibrant, kind hearted, hard working mother and wife that is always willing to help anyone.
So her story: A week or so ago she began to experience severe headaches accompanied by blurred vision so bad that she could not see to drive. She proceeded to excuse herself from work (of course if you know Becky she never misses a single day rain or shine) she promptly made a visit to urgent care. Upon being examined urgent care determined that they did not have the resources to treat her and transferred her to St. John's Hospital.
After extensive tests, the hospital determined she has a bacterial infection that is surrounding the fluids in her brain. The hospital cannot find the cause of the infection and has reached out to the Center of Infectious Disease (OID/CDC) to run more testing early next week. Becky is on several different types of IV administered antibiotics to help fight the infection.
These symptoms and infection came hard and fast, leaving her devastated, stressed, and in shocked. She never had any illness or symptoms leading up to the day the head pain developed. She is always so healthy and happy and full of life!
As of right now, doctors are giving Becky an undetermined prognosis. This means the treatment plan is unknown at this point. Her main concern when I went to visit with her was her son and getting back to work.
She is not one to ask for financial help but her expenses are multiplying fast. She didn't want to create a Go-Fund-Me account so I'm doing because she won't. I'm asking that we can help raise $10,000.00 to help meet medical expenses and support for her home financial responsibility. This would truly mean so much to Becky and her son for any assistance you could offer. I also request that you pray for Becky to be healed in the name of the Father.
