Rex Yankey Otoo (REYO) Foundation
The REYO Foundation in UK is raising money to support the REYO Paddock School, GHANA. We need support to develop our school in Ghana, West Africa and are seeking to fund the following initiatives to better the lives of young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Rex Yankey Otoo Foundation (REYO Foundation) is a not for profit organisation, which is set up both in the United Kingdom (UK) and Ghana, West Africa.The foundation(s) were set up to support children and individuals with autism, general special needs and disabilities as well as their families. We have had brilliant outcomes for our young people which we would like to continue with your help.
Your donation can aid us to achieve the following:
Computers and equipment for use in classrooms and staff
REYO Paddock School Ghana needs a variety of equipment including computers to run our IT department and for our student’s use. Most computer equipment we use were donated 8 years ago and most have broken down or are out of date. New computers will help our pupils and students learn using various assistive technology software for special needs to facilitate their development.
A School Bus
The school is in dire need of a School bus to be able to transport our students with severe physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy and autism to participate in sports activities in a variety of leisure centres trips and engage in community learning.
New building project.
REYO Paddock School currently in need to expand the school and build a purposely built special needs provision for our increasing number of children who need to access our multi therapy and specialist education. A life skills department is urgently needed to create the space for our older students to learn life skills for their future. Donors supporting a project will be recognised through the placement of a plaque on the completed project. Please Donate towards this project
New Play Structure
We also dream of one day for our children to access play structures which will include swings, slides, and climbing equipment for our active children to get their energy out.
