Reyes Family in Need

Proverbs 31:26

"She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue."

 

The good news this verse shares with us is that women think before they speak, but when they do, it is with kindness and good deeds. They are some of the first to spread God's word.

 

This bible verse truly defines my sister MaryAnn Reyes. She is full of God's love and always eager to share God's word. In many years past, I have seen her share her love, faith, and kindness to her family and community. Recently, she has encountered a difficult season in her life. She slowly began feeling signs of illness which slowly progressed to a diagnosis of Granulomatosis with polyangiitis, an uncommon disorder that causes inflammation of the blood vessels in the nose, sinuses, throat, lungs and kidneys. While she is very slowly progressing and slowly healing with physical therapy, infusions, and medication, she is unable to go back to work at this moment. Experiencing the loss of an income would be devastating to any family. Her family has not asked for help but I know that medical and personal bills are adding up. My sister, MaryAnn and her family's faith has remained unstirred. MaryAnn remains strong in her faith and is thankful to God for remaining by her side just as He has promised. We are very thankful to so many texts, phone calls, prayers, and many family members/friends from the community who have dropped off many amazing meals.  You have been such a blessing to my sister and her family.  If you are unable to donate to this fundraiser, your prayers and love are also needed and appreciated just the same.
