Dear Family & Friends,
Revolutions Skating Club is a non-profit organization that was created to strengthen the figure skating community in Pitkin County by providing opportunity, education, and inspiration in a friendly and inclusive environment. The Club goal is to foster the love of figure skating through instruction and performances while removing barriers for participation.
During our weekly program skaters learn new skills, increase self-confidence and make friends in a supportive environment that encourages all levels and aspirations. In addition to regular club program, Revolutions produces a professional ice show, “Aspen Ice Spectacular”, featuring Olympic and World champion skaters. This year's Aspen Ice Spectacular Show includes "Ice Dance International" who will showcase the thrill and skill of figure skating, and provide a great experience for our skaters who will be part of a theatrical production and get to highlight thier skills.
Aspen Ice Spectacular is also a chance for our club to entertain friends, family and the community and further the sport of figure skating. However, this show takes a tremendous amount of volunteer hours, coordination and funding.
In order to continue to make figure skating a rewarding experience for so many in our community and as we gear up for our fifth annual “Aspen Ice Spectacular”,
we are reaching out to area businesses, family and friends and offering the opportunity to help by becoming a Club Sponsor.
In the short term your generous contribution will help us with our annual Aspen Ice Spectacular Production. In the long term you will help Revolutions Skating Club:
introduce figure skating to a broader range of prospective students, through outreach to schools and community groups and establish a scholarship fund for Skaters in Need.
Revolutions Skating Club could not do what it does with out the generous support of a caring community, family and friends. Thank you again for your thoughtful gift to Revolutions Skating Club.
