Dr. Dennis Michael Crowder has served at the Jackson Street Church of Christ for over 42 years! Sadly, all good things must come to an end. He recently announced that he would be retiring December 31, 2017.
Since it has been such a wonderful tenure, several of us feel, without question, that he should be warranted a monetary allotment as a token of appreciation for the many years of loyalty and service to God, the congregation, the community, and his family & friends.
Even though we could never place a dollar amount on such admirable servitude, we would like to outwardly express our love and appreciation for him in the form of a Retirement Love Offering. From frequently visiting the sick, bereaved, incarcerated, and less fortunate, to celebrating the accomplished, performing weddings/funerals, and preaching/teaching the gospel zealously, Dr. Dennis Michael Crowder has been nothing short of a blessing to us all; a walking sermon.
