Retired police K9: cancer treatment

Tommy is a retired patrol and narcotics police K9 who served for Lancaster city police for 6 1/2 years.  2 weeks ago he was diagnosed with an aggressive bone cancer in his leg. Without treatment he was given only 1-2 months to live. Treatment is expensive and includes the amputation of his leg (which was completed on August 31) and chemotherapy, which will give Tommy a second chance.

As a resident of Lancaster County, I have established this gofundme campaign to raise funds to extend the life of this K9 police officer who served selflessly to protect the citizens of Lancaster city.
