Can you see a 44 year old lorry driver who’s out of shape doing a 10k run???

Neither can I!!!!

BUT I've signed up for the Clacton 10k Run on the 17th August 2025 and what better way to motivate myself than doing it for a charity. The charity I have chosen is close to my heart and if you look at my photos you will see my eldest daughter Nicqulette, 13 years ago with our beautiful and gentle retired greyhound Rosie Aimee that came from my chosen charity - BARLEY GREYHOUND SANCTUARY in Waltham Abbey.
