No passado mês de Março de 2022, Stephanie Silva candidatou-se a Residência Criativa Audiovisual 2022 – UPCYCLES que é uma iniciativa de incentivo à criação artística, à mobilidade e ao intercâmbio entre artistas emergentes dos PALOP, promovida pela Associação dos Amigos do Museu do Cinema em Moçambique e que tem como principal financiador a Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, cuja 3.ª edição se realiza em 2022.
Virtualmente, já está a decorrer, desde o dia 14 de Maio até 28 de Agosto e presencialmente será em Maputo de 29 a 10 de Setembro.
A comparticipação da Residência é no valor de 800 euros, o que tendo em consideração a singularidade do seu país de residência, Cabo Verde, o que dificulta muito deslocações internacionais devido a limitação de ligações aéreas, acaba por não ser suficiente para subsidiar a viagem, estadia e alimentação.
É neste sentido que venho através desta plataforma solicitar a vossa ajuda.

Last March 2022, Stephanie Silva applied for the Audiovisual Creative Residency 2022 – UPCYCLES, which is an initiative to encourage artistic creation, mobility and exchange between emerging artists from the PALOP, promoted by the Associação dos Amigos do Museu do Cinema in Mozambique and whose main funder is the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, whose 3rd edition will take place in 2022.
Virtually, it is already taking place, from the 14th of May to the 28th of August and in person it will be in Maputo from the 29th to the 10th of September.
The co-payment of the Residence is in the amount of 800 euros, which, taking into account the uniqueness of your country of residence, Cape Verde, which makes international travel very difficult due to the limitation of air connections, turns out not to be enough to subsidize the trip, accommodation and food.
It is in this sense that I come through this platform to ask for your help.
