Repair My Dogs ACL Tear

Meet 2yr old blue. Blue is a 111lbs pure bread Rottweiler with a big head and bigger heart. He has never met a dog he doesn't like or child he didn't want to lick. His calm demeanour and big smile always lures in strangers for a quick hello.

On Wednesday September 6th, this free spirited dog was entertaining himself with his toys and speedy prances. Turning the corner and picking up speed, blue was making his way towards me. Half way on the home stretch blue came to an abrupt stop and gave a painful yelp.
It turns out Blue torn his ACL. I am thankful that his injury is not life threatening and we are able to treat him. Call me a dreamer, but the goal would be to have the surgery this winter so he could enjoy his 3rd summer.
I'm not expecting to collect for the entire $3000 from these funds, but every nickel you donate can help speed up the process.

No dog deserves to have his quality of life taken away at 2 years old. With Blues size, he would never fully heal and most likely over use his other leg without the surgery.
