Renovation Fund For RIC Masjid

Randallstown Islamic Center (RIC) is a Muslim community in Baltimore County that was established to provide an Islamic place of worship, authentic Islamic education, and da’wah programs for understanding and propagation of Islam. RIC is currently unable to use its 20 acres facility located at 3117 Rices Lane, Windsor Mill, MD USA due to some county government compliance issues. The major compliant issue with the county is the Change of Use of the property from Residential to Religious. RIC has gone through the process with Baltimore County for approximately two years and it has only recently been granted permission to make the necessary improvements.

In order to fully comply with the requirements of change of use, that will allow the use of the property for religious purpose, some improvements/renovations needs to be done on the property and validated by the county. RIC is hoping to raise the funds in order to re-open the facility to be used for daily salah, Jumuah, and weekend Quran School. The improvements/renovation that must be done in order to re-open the facility includes:


-Construction of Roads, Sidewalks, and Parking Lot
-Storm Water Management 
-ADH Handicap Accessibility
-Septic Tank Installation


This improvement/renovation is estimated to cost about $250,000. Currently, the community rents out space at another masjid in order to carry on the Masjid Activities and weekend Quran School, but this comes with many challenges. Muslims who live in close proximity to the masjid are not able to make their daily Salah at the masjid due to this compliant issue .Please donate generously so that this community can return to their own space and continue the good works for the sake of Allah.
