Renata Zajczyk- Breast Cancer Fundraiser

On Tuesday, July 28th my dear friend Renata told me she is facing cancer. She has always taken good care of doing mammographies. She had a mammogram 6 months ago but her cancer is very aggressive. I was devastated to hear she has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. I have known Renata for 20+ years-she is like family. We saw our kids grow up together, we've dealt with ups and downs in life. She has always been positive and there to help and listen. She is one of the greatest people I have met in my life. I saw and heard of her struggles but she never asks for anything from anyone... ever. She is proud and a hard worker. She has been on her own for the last 10 years. She has a small house cleaning business. She is the only employee and does it all. She will need help in the coming months. In August she started Chemo. I'm hoping to fundraise enough for her medical bills so she and her family can go on a proper vacation. Her kids are adults but starting their own lives. Her father past away recently in Poland but she was not able to go because of her Chemo treatments. My hopes are after her first round of Chemo the doctors will okay her to go with her family on a nice vacation and or visit family. Family is everything to her.
